    I need t ochange the IP addresses assigned to a cluster member what's the easiest way of doing this?

     

    Unbind from cluster, change ip address rebind ?

    Yes, drop from cluster, change and rejoin.

    Well, tried that. Changed the server ip addresses but when I tried binding
    it again, the cluster says stuff is in progress the individual server won't
    even display normal web pages ... get errors such as No handlers could be
    found for logger "Tips.Util"

    Did you try rebooting the server after changing the IP address?

    Yup, but it was worse than that. when logged on at the cli tryin g a service list generatea a python(?) error message.

    In the end it was quicker to build another VM and bind that to the cluster. our support people were **bleep** fastoff the mark getting Aruba to release the licenser key so we could transfer it to another server
