I have a Clearpass demo that I'm working on. Wired users connect with no problem, wireless users on the other don't. I tried with Android and Windows clients and with both devices I get the same response:
Error Code: 9002
Error Category: RADIUS protocol
Error Message: Request timed out
Alerts for this Request
RADIUS Request Timed out
I did read some people that had the same issue but my problem is different. Can you please assist?
When information will be needed?
