The ClearPass 6.4.7/6.5.3 OnGuard for OS X 10.11 & Windows 10 64-bit Hotfix is now available. Revised release notes are attached to this post.
This hotfix adds support for OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) and also includes the fixes related to Windows 10 64-bit that we previously delivered via a hotfix on September 11th (bug #30090). As a result, the earlier hotfix will be removed so that customers that haven’t patched yet should use the newer version. The new patch also adds support for Avast Security 2015 (version 11.x) on Mac OS X which has also affected a number of customers.
This patch does NOT require a reboot of the ClearPass appliance but the client side OnGuard agent will need to be updated which should be seamless assuming auto-upgrade has been enabled.
The patch file is available for download in the ClearPass Software Update Portal and also from the support.arubanetworks.com at the following locations.

Some older systems have an update issue, so it's by request at the moment and TAC needs to make sure your system won't be affected.
