Is there a way for ClearPass to send email/SMS notification when the Publisher/Subscriber goes down? I have set the Notifications to INFO under Cluster-Wide parameters but could not receive the notification. The SMS/Email configuration is verified working as I am able to do test email/SMS successfully.

Thanks for your kind reply. I have set the timeout to 1 hour but did not receive the alert during the downtime. I received other messages tagged as INFO but can't derive the meaning of it. It looks like "Policy Manager System Alerts triggered with level INFO" and it repeats.
