ClearPass - Failed to classify request to service Error code 204

We are getting, "Failed to classify request to service Error code 204." I made sure under Services that the SSID was in correctly, it is. I only get the error every now and then not everytime someone tries to login to guest. The rest of the time it works perfectly.

 

I have a ticket with TAC but was looking to see if someone else has had this issue and what was done to fix it. We are running code 6.6.0.81015.

I'm encourtering the same problem with you, error 204 failed to classify request to service. One of my client was encourtering this problem suddenly while everything was fine before, and she said she changed nothing of her device. so it really beat me. Could anyone help us and figure out something. I've cross-compare the error log and the normal log, nothing was found.
