ClearPass SSO Failover/Backdoor

    We tried configuring SSO (using Okta) to ClearPass during a proof-of-concept period, but there was a configuration issue, the admin logged out without realizing it, and we were locked out of CPPM entirely since SSO was not functioning properly.

     

    We'd like to configure SSO in our production environment. Is there a failover URL or other backdoor mechanism to access CPPM if there is an issue with SSO functioning normally?

    You can clear the SSO configuration at the command line using: system sso-reset
