ClearPass reporting : AppRF support for guests

    Hi all.

     

    I am making a test deployment ClearPass 6.5 now. Is there any means to get a report which contain visited URLs for particular guest account? I know that AirWave has similar feature(through the using of AppRF), but there's not a word about it in the ClearPass Insight.

     

    If it is not possible by builtin tools/templates, maybe there is some other way to do it?

    But how can I get from AirWave some personal information about guest,
    particularly his cell phone number?

    You wouldn't. You would search the MAC address or username in ClearPass Guest.

    Just to make all things clear - is there some simple way to bind guest usernames from AirWave to ClearPass Guest? Or I have to get two reports - one from AirWave and other from Insight and just compare them with some external software?

    Usernames from ClearPass Guest will be passed to the controller and then will appear in AirWave. If you need additional information beyond basic information from a RADIUS request, then you would need to correlate the data in ClearPass Guest.
