I would like to create devices in Clearpass Guest but it doesn't work.

The form is strange, I can't select role_name. I have tried to displayed it, but it is empty.

When I validate there is an error beacause role_name is required. "

Have you ever seen this problem?

Yes I'm using it.

An other element, maybe my probleme will be more clear.

On other form, contractor configure role_id to 2 automatically.

But there is no correspondance between role_name and role_id as you can see on the screenshot.

I have tried to configure "role mapping" in CCPM but it doesn't work (screenshot)

Is it the same database?

When using default set-up there is a role mapping policy created called [Guest Roles].

Modify this to include the role IDs and names you require and then reference the appropriate role ID in the mac_create form.
