Clearpass 802.1x with active directory

    Hello everyone:

     

    I've installed the Clearpass (6.6.0.81015) and now I trying to configure 
    Aruba 802.1X Wireless, however the user can't connect to the network.

     

    I configured the Clearpss with Instant.

     

    This is my procedure.

     

    Instant:

    My Guest network is working fine.

     

    ClearPass

    Network

    -Device

    802.1x wireless:

    services

    Authentication

    Authorization

    5.JPG

    Clearpass was joined to Domain Controller.

    When the user tries to connect to the SSID, the connection faild. I was monitoring the access tracker and I found this error.

    I don't know how to resolve this issue.

     

    Anyone can help?

    Are you trying to use username/password or certificates?

    Is the client supplicant configured?

    What type of client?

    Do you have a public CA-signed RADIUS server certificate or internal/private?

    I don't have RADIUS server certificate configured. this server should be configure on windows server

    You will need to configure a RADIUS/EAP server certificate in ClearPass.

    thanks for your reply.

    I was trying to configure RADIUS/EAP server certificate, but I couldn't complete all steps, so I think that I'm making a mistake.

    Do you know..or do you have any link that can you share about this configuration...?
