Clearpass Activation???

    Hi all,

     

    Please see the very strange message snapshot attached, which is showing on a customer's CPPM.

     

    I'm confused by this.

     

    During install, the server was activated by acr/acrs offline methods. The server itself cannot access the internet directly.

     

    What's confusing, is the license says permanent, and yet it's gone de-activated almost as if it's a 90-day eval? The install was done 90 days ago.

     

    As a result, you get the "what2" output on the guest service.

     

    Any thoughts?

    Please open a case to resolve this.  I believe this can be done offline.
