    Hi all,

     

    Just wondering for those using Aruba and Clearpass what wireless authentication method you have chosen for your Macs.

     

    We were looking at peap and pushed out an 802.1x config profile to our Macbooks but have run into an issue with them sending the domain\computername instead of the username. This stops them from authenticating successfully. 

     

    We did enable the "Use as a Login Window configuration" option which works but causes too many issues, when the macbook goes to sleep or and/or/goes to a location with different wifi networks, the mac won’t join any network automatically.

     

    Appreciate your advice.

    EAP-TLS with machine certificates is recommended.
