Hi Team:

I've configured a captive portal with Clearpass, Aruba Controller 7030, IAP-315.

My issue is that captive portal redirect page, however the captive portal is shown down

I resolve the name with DNS, but when I type the captive portal URL on the different network the captive portal works.

I've configured the Forward Lookup Zones and Reverse Lookup Zones on DNS Manager.

I'm not using certificate on guest portal, so I configured HTTP enable.

Any idea?

I attach the capture.
When I connect to Guest SSID, web browser automatic display the URL, but it doesn't show the guest portal.

1) There appears to be a space between s and . in the URL

2) You likely do not own "clearpass.com" so not sure why you're trying to use that

Actually, I edited the url.

I configured the name aruba.clearpass(company-name).com

the guest url is http://aruba.clearpass.com/guest/teslogin.php

In your browser, enter http://1.1.1.1 and see if you are redirected.
