We have a scenario with Clearpass Guest using the Micros Fidelio Transaction Processor.
How do we check that the syncing is working between Clearpass Guest and Micros Fidelio server and how can we force a sync between the Micros Fidelio server and Clearpass guest? It appears as though the Clearpass and Micros databases are out of sync.

If you select the processor under Manage Processors there is a Rooms action. There is always a small delay there (a minute or so), but you should be able to compare to some live data. You may also want to look at Admin > Support > Application Log.
