Clearpass Mac Authentication failing - failed to get value for attributes

    Hey, hopefully someone will have a quick fix for this.  I'm setting up a guest self-registration captive portal with mac caching (created from the Service Template).  The guest portal works fine, but I can't get MAC authentication working.

     

    Access Tracker shows this error:

     

    Failed to get value for attributes=[Days-Since-Auth, Hours-Since-Auth, Minutes-Since-Auth, Seconds-Since-Auth].
    Failed to get value for attributes=[Days-Since-Auth]

     

    So I'm assuming I need to set those attributes in the Endpoints repository when the MAC address is cached, but how?  Any ideas?

    Do you have the Insight Repository as an authorization source?

    That was it - didn't have Insight enabled on the Clearpass server.  Once enabled, it works as expected.  Thanks!
