Clearpass Native OnGuard Agent for Windows

    HI current running 6.2.4.58896 OnGuard Windows Agent on my Windows 7 machine, when we try to send messge to the client it did not popup on the bottom (Taskbar) of the screen, does anyone have these issues before? Windows Client issue or Agent issue?

    I would check your firewall settings. Either on the network or client side. Make sure the client is showing a green status in the onguard activity page

     

    OnGuard Ports:


    • Comms with CPPM TCP port 6658 -
    • HTTPS TCP port 443

    Hi Troy,

     

    Client side had disable the firewall and the application side is showing green for OnGuard. Any other plce to check?

    Do you have an ACL on the wired or wireless?

    Is it just the one client?

    Are you able to test with another PC and a different OS?

    Are you using both data and Management port?
