Clearpass Registration and Login Screens keep looping around

Hi, 

 

when registering on Clearpass as a guest I have a problem. Guest enters their details on the registration screen, they then get sent to the login screen but when they click "Login" they get sent back to the reg page and are unable to go anywhere else. Can someone please help?

What infrastructure are you working with?  Aruba, Aruba Instant, wired???

Did this ever work?  Do all clients behave the same way?  

 

In the captive portal profile, is the server group set to Clearpass?  Do you see anything in Access tracker?

Yes it has been working. I just changed the login page earlier but changed it back and now it won't work.

 

Where do i find access tracker?

I found it, looks like an authentication error

Sounds like something else perhaps changed here...

 

So...this means that Clearpass saw the request from the controller but didn't have anywhere to categorize it into services.  Did you set up this Clearpass server?  If you look (where you found Access Tracker), under configuration and services, there should be one marked Guest, in there, there is a service categorization.  Please ensure that the ssid entered there matches the ssid you are using off the 3400.  Post a screen shot of the service if you can.

No it was set up by an external company. I've checked and the SSID was incorrect, it is now working.
