i have a problem that is being a headache for me for some time.
Clearpass keeps sending COA requests and disconnects users every 5-9 mins without exceeding the time or bandwidth limits. so can anybody help me figure out the exact reason why clearpass is sending the requests. the accounting logs shows that the termination cause is admin_Reset. so what should i do?

Are you able to share the logs from the Access Tracker which may show further information? Do you have any more information on the set up of your CPPM?
