Clearpass cluster out of sync

    Just logged onto our clearpass cluster publisher for the 1st time today and have noticed that all our slave clearpass servers are flagged as red "out of sync"  The last time they were in sync was about 16:15 today ( its 17:25)

     

    Where do I find more info as to why they are out of sync and how do I fix it?

     

    All the cluster members are still authing users o.k.

     

    Don't know it its related but on Monday I configiured if-map on our mobility controllers to point at our clearpass cluster publisher. Should I have pointed it at each of the clearpass servers?

    To find out why, I would open a TAC case.

    To fix, drop the subscribers and rejoin them.

    o.k I was going to wait till tomorrow to see if they'd get back in sync again. I'll open a TAC case tomorrow morning.  Just a bit twitchy that they'd all go out of sync within a few mins of each other
