Clearpass diskspace details

    Hi

    We run ClearPass Policy Manager 6.4.1.67428 on CP-VA-5K

    Somehow we keep getting alerts that we are running low on space on the disk even though we are at 750 Gigs now.

     

    Anyhow, I would like to check the details of the used space.

    I am used to the DF command to get that info but it doesn't seem to be working.

    I also check the show system etc .. but cannot find it.

     

    Would any of you have the appropriate command please?

    I called TAC. This option is not available for clients, only for TAC .

    When you originally built the VM, were you at 750 or 500?

    500 and then we upgraded.

    TAC is now working on it.

    OK. You cannot add disk space to an existing ClearPass VM due to the disk being encrypted.

    You could do this during the upgrade to 6.3 when going from 2 to 1 disk.
