    Hi,
    We have already integrated clearpass with ad,
    We are facing issue with end client once they are trying to login, each time cppm asks to disable and enable nic card,

    What authentication method are you using?
    Are you using OnGuard?

    Auth methos is dot1x eap-peap mschapv2

    No onguarding, just checking fir user auth

    What wireless adapter is this?
    What driver date and version?
    What operating system?
    Does this happen with one client or all clients?

    Its on wired, and its happening on some laptops,
    Its happening only when the user logoff and try to ligin again, to solve it we need to restart the pc or disable or enable wired service or nic,

    What switch are you using?

    Did you try to simply unplug then re-plug the PC back in to the ethernet port?

    What kind of wired adapter does the PC have?

    The wired zero config service controls 802.1x on the wired for Windows.  Can you see if that service has stopped for some reason?

    I tried to unplug it and plug it again , once we unplug the cable an dreturn it back it sends pop up for credantial and works,
    Its a cisco switcj 3750 ios 15.0
    Should i enable specifi attributes on nic also?
