    Hi guys, is me again. I'm separating my questions since both are different issue.

     

    I've set up the clearpass to assign dynamic roles based on device fingerprinting.

    But I suspecting windows mobile user is recognized by clearpass as Notebook because it returning notebook role to my users.

     

    May I know does this happened to everyone here?

    Check the profile for the device. Compare a notebook and Windows mobile user.

     

    We had a similar issue, but with Blackberry devices. They started showing up as Android devices as opposed to Blackberry's. So we just needed to adjust our role mappings rules.
