Clearpass 'visitor_phone' Drop Down Disable

    Hi,

     

    Does anyone know if there is a way of disabling the drop down menu for the visitor phone field? I know I can prefer a country but I don't want the options at all if possible.

    Change the visitor_phone field > User Interface from "Telephone text field" to "Text field".

    Note: Make changes to the form that is in need and please do not edit the base field.

    You may also need to change the Guest receipt >> form >> visitor_phhone field to type to "Static Text", otherwise the receipt page may not display the phone number as entered in the registration page.
