DB Change and MM Cache services cannot be started

    I have 2 CPPM servers. For one of them two serviceds cannot be started: 

    DB change notification server
    Multi-master cache

     

    When I click start in the UI (or via the cli) there is no error. But the services would not start. 

     

    as a result I cannot use the Posture features. 

     

    These 2 servers used to be in a cluster. The one with the issue used to be the Publisher. 

     

    I am not sure I have the tools to troubleshhot services issues (no acces to Linux on the server).

     Any idea hoe to troubleshoot or resolve?
