Duo Integration with CPPM

    Hi ,

     

    I am trying to intergate Duo with CPPM for Dual factor authntication using captive portal . Everything goes fine starting from connecting to the SSID and putting username password in the captive portal page.However if get error "Content is block due to certificate is not trused" while redirecting to Duo API page.

     

    This is a test enveronment and i am using all self signed certficates in CPPM. There is a way to bypass the certificate block masage or how can i fix it without having CA certficate . 

    Is there something i am missing while configuring Duo in CPPM?

    Did you whitelist the Duo API endpoints?

    I had the same issue, adding Duo API in controller whitelist solved this !

    To be clear, the 'Duo API Hostname' in the web login setup needs to be directly accessible by the WLAN users, so it needs to be in the same controller/AP whitelist that is letting them get to CPPM.
