Enabling Onboard sponsorship

    I have enabled sponsorship confirmation for Onboard but unlike guest self provisioning I dont see a field to manually approve the onboard user.

    Also How do I add spnsor email field in Onboard register page ?

    Yes I saw this in CPPM 6.5 TOI.
    But how do I get that "sponsor's email" field in onboard register page.
