We are doing WPA2 PEAP with CPPM and AD, but after users authenticated, the "Endpoint" has no entry. Anyone know the root cause? [Clearpass version 6.4]

So the MAC address does not exist in the endpoint database? Do you have
    profiling configured?

Just to confirm, the MAC address doesn't show up at all on the endpoint database or it shows up but has no data other than the MAC address?

No any mac-address or data entry on the Endpoint page, anything I can do or verify?

I would open a TAC case. You should at least be seeing the MAC address in the endpoint database.

@cappalli does the Endpoint database get populated with at least the MAC upon receiving the Radius request regardless of having an ip-helper address configured?
