Failed to upgrade to ClearPass 6.7

    Hello community,

     

    When trying to upgrade to ClearPass 6.7 (from ClearPass 6.6.8), I ran into the following error:

    The error message said that backup config had failed, but I didn't know why. FYI, I've already installed all available patches before upgrading:

    I tried to upgrade twice and still the same error. How should I proceed from this?

    This issue has been solved. Turned out that I was running low on disk space and after extending it, I can upgrade to 6.7 without any problems.

    Hi Fabien,

     

    This was my lab CPPM (I wanted to test upgrade in lab first before doing it in production environment) so I was free to take it down and extend the disk. I didn't know the detail steps since the VMware ESXI is under control of a different team. But I can ask them what they did if you need the info :)
