Guest Access creation prints blank

    Hi Guys 

     

    We recently have encountered a weird issue.

     

    In the past we have gone to the Guest provisioning site generated a temporary guest account then print the user and password to hand over to the Guest user.

     

    For some strange reason now when we generate the guest account and go to print the details it opens up a blank page.

     

    Any idea what would cause this?

     

    We use Chrome for anything to do with our controller becuse IE always seems to only open a page with a frame outline an nothing else.

    im sure there was a thread about this recently. but i can't find it. in the end it was a bug i believe. so perhaps trying a newer version of ArubaOS would be a posibility?
