    Hi All !

     

    I need your help, I Already install Clearpass Guest with Self Registration.

    But on several device the captive portal cannot pop up and show picture Like bellow on several android device

    What should i do ?

    Try to type http://1.1.1.1 in the android browser and see if the captive portal comes up.

     

    Does it work with any other device(s)?

    Hi Joseph,

     

    On other devices the captive portal running well,

    Just on several android device when CP pop up showed me like picture i attached before, but When i open browser manually and type anything then Page will direct to Captive Portal Page. i want, when i connect to SSID my smartphone redirect automatically like other.

     

    What should i do ?

    any ideas ?

    Hello

     

    Have you found a solution? With Windows (PC), iOS, and Windows Phone, the authentication page opens automatically but not with Android.

     

    If I open my browser and open http page, I have the authentication page. OK, but If I open an https page, I have an SSL certificate error !!

    I have IAP-205 terminals and I use ClearPass 6.6.0.81015

    Can you please start another thread detailing your specific issue?  There are many reasons why this could happen.
