Guest User doesn't redirect to Captive Portal on RAP

    Hi Guys,

    My guest users cannot access or not been redirect to Captive Portal. Users are connected to a RAP (branch office). What need to verify/check? DNS?

    In addition, Captive Portal in Head Office via CAP is working properly.

    Has this ever worked on the RAP?  Do you know who configured it?

    Hi,

    No, it never worked. It was configured by my wireless teamate who was recently resigned.

    What are the requirements for Guest Captive Portal Aunthentication using RAP?

    There are no special requirements.  You should  re-use the Virtual AP you have for the campus.
