I have guests logging in via ClearPass Captive portal. They successfully login and have the role of "Guest". Once logged in, they are able to print if they are on an OS X computer. Windows 7 or 10 are unable to print. I assume the issue is with the firewall rules for the guest role. I will attempt to insert images of the firewall rules and specifically allow-print-services. I appreciate any help,
We believe the Windows machines are attempting to print using port 9100 as the destination port.

lpd is port 515. I would have a rule that allows port 9100 explicitly.
