    Answer:

    Just create a new one and associate it with an onboarding configuration. The box ships with box defaults, admins are always free to create profiles/portals/<other configuration elements> as desired..

    Thanks Sean. I was able to get it working with help from @sethfiermonti and an engineer from my local VAR. Still working out all the details but we're getting there. Very exciting stuff!
