We have a laptop that was on our main ssid for valid users and known machines. I want now to remove its Mac address from the internal db so it will be able to connect to our guest network.

once a machine authenticates to our main ssid it then cannot connect to our guest network

    in gui

u need to go to clinet list (under monitoring) and than mark/choose the client u want and press on the button "blacklist" in the bottom!

in the cli - did u enabled first? by enter into enable mode?

    BTW:

in all the aruba controller all the gui/cli commands are the same (it's depands on the AOS)

You can do it from the WebUI or CLI.    This would be done on the master controller (unless each local controller is using its own internal DB).

    WebUI:

Configuration --> Authentication --> Servers --> Internal DB

Find the MAC and delete it

    CLI:

    local-userdb del username <mac of device>

thanks clembo, just seems like there should be more clients in db 204 and actually cannot find suspect one. Hmm cannot connect laptop to any Aruba ssid's but can to public one. May be another issue here
