How do you set up NPS 802.1x authentication in a network that already has VLANs?

If you want to set up NPS 802.1x authentication and authorization on a wired network that's already seperated into different VLANs (student VLAN, admins VLAN, etc) do you have to still assign these VLANs in the RADIUS attributes in the 802.1x configuration wizard?

Please provide some more information. Which wizard are you referring to?

The Configure 802.1X wizard you open in the NPS console on the Getting Started page.

I'm not familiar with a wizard in NPS, but you'd use Aruba VSAs in your policy to return a VLAN name.
