Hi, Using the SNMP printer sometimes  can be/ cannot be profile.  I used SNMP configuration since the network printer is configured with static IP address and cannot be profiled via dhcp fingerpringting. Is there any best practice to profile a device configured with static IP address? Thanks

You should probably use the HTTP user-agent if the device supports it

These are the different ways you can collect :

The customer dont want to enable http/https service at the switch. The solution we got is to do subnet scanning to profile the device. Thanks
