I can not open clearpass web UI ?

    I have suddenly faceing a strange issue in being able to log into clearpass and I have the clearpass giving issue as the attached.

    Run this command from CLI and see if the web service is running:

    [appadmin@CPPM-1]# service status cpass-admin-server
    Admin server [ cpass-admin-server ] is running

    If not you can restart it using this command:
    service restart cpass-admin-server

    I Already did this and I also did start command on this service and it is doing the same

    How are you access the GUI, directly via the IP or via a VPN or similiar? I've seen issues if the CPPM is behind a NAT address sometimes the URL re-direct to the GUI doesn't always work correctly.
