    I want to use mobile phone to be user name and not use email how to achive? and also limiting many account creation?

    The easiest way is to change the format from email to number. Modify the areas in red in the fields section of your form. Just remember that it does not validate the phone number. You can validate that they have it in the right format or the right amout of numbers.
