Hi All
We currently use a static host list to MAC auth some clients, but I would like to make use of the Clearpass guest device repository instead. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to import devices in bulk, I can see that it is possible to import user accounts from a CSV etc. but can't see a way to do this for devices.
Thanks
Dave
Make the sure the CSV contains the attribute mac_auth and that the value is 1. For example:
Full Name,Account Role,MAC Address,mac_authClient1,CLIENT-VLAN,aa-aa-aa-aa-aa-aa,1Client2,CLIENT-VLAN,bb-bb-bb-bb-bb-bb,1Printer1,PRINTER-VLAN,cc-cc-cc-cc-cc-cc,1
See the guest userguide page 77:

Hi,
I would like to know whether doing this will consume any guest licenses?
Thanks.
Thanks, is there any limit on the number of guest account that be created on the repository?
The export only includes these columns....where's the sponsor/owner?
The User IDs seem to be different for multiple devices beloning to one of our IoT Admins.
We need to find a way in do a bulk import for our IoT Admins and want to be able to associate a group of devices to one user.
Is there a way to use the Import function to delete devices in bulk? I would like to delete devices that have not been seen on the network in a period of time (probably 1 year).
