Insight reports?

    I've tried several times to create a report in insight. Would anyone be willing to share a report from insight that they have successfully ran. Thanks

    I was trying to run a report the a certain user. But I have not been successful. I called tac when we were using 6.2.2 but haven't called tac back. I'm just interested in getting a report to run. Not sure ill even use it. But would like details on a specific username.

    You should just use the basic settings. Once you are able to do a report then you can add more collums.

     

    Here is a report that I ran on a single username: tarnold

     

    1st one is based on accounting and the second is Authentications

    Thanks. Opened tac case and implemented work around. Hitting an identified bug. Thanks for your help.
