Hi what I want to do is limit the List accounts page to only show the accounts that user has created.  We have multiple sites and don't want site A seeing site Bs accounts.  Is this possible to do?

Well I thought of one way to accomplish this but don't know how to do it. 

 

So I would be able to create different account roles for each site such as guest_A Guest_b employee_A and so on.  The only thing is I can't seem to find where to create and define new account roles?

You can apply filters under the operator profile to limit accounts, you will see an option to select only accounts created by the user.
You could probably also achieve this dynamically if using AD/LDAP.

When I go and try to apply filters there only option is the default filter.  How would I go about creating a new filter that would only allow the access to accounts created by that user?

If so, can you set it to "only show accounts created by the operator"?

Thanks, I was trying to create a new operator profile and edit the fields there instead of editing the View field when I created a new Operator.
