    Hi all.

    I have a strange sitation with my clearpass i don´t see the option for add a new login web for external captive protal authentication.

    I have another clearpass that show that option.

    I atach you a picture with the issue
    Does anyone know why?

    What is your admin role?
    Also, try changing back to the default theme.

    Hi, thank for your response.

    I login to clearpass by policy managed with admin/eTIPS123 (admin "Super Administrator" ) and then in dashboard i click ClearPass Guest 

    How can i change the default theme?

    web login pages are now below  Pages - Web Login Pages.

    Hi

     

    We have link on top right corner in Home>Configuration>pages>Web Login page section if we use default Clearpass skin.

    Try change the skin to default and check the status naviagate to

     
    and enable ClearPass Guest Skin.

    I'm assuming from your screenshots, you were using the "Galleria Skin."

     

    What version of ClearPass are you using?

     

    I've opened a bug ticket to address the issue, but the other advice to change the skin to "ClearPass Guest Skin" [for admins] is likely the near-term solution here.
