Limit amount of login attempts

Hi All,

With policy manager am I able to rate limit the amount of login requests per service? At the moment we have PEAP authenticating against an AD but when users change their password they sometimes forget on their phone as well.. This means that their AD account will timeout. For this particular wireless service I would like to limit the amount of authentications going to AD so that the account won't get locked out, is this possible in CPPM?

We are using the instant controller and IAP135's as well using the 6.3.1.4 firmware.

Owen

Re: Limit amount of login attempts

No, but you can blacklist users who fail auth a certain number of times. See below:

Hi Capalli,

This looks like a good solution! I will let you know how I get on :)
