Lost the connectivity to Clearpass servers

    Hi,

    we are using ClearPass policy server VMs which are hosted on hyper-v servers.

     

    Starting onwards we are observing losing the connection to ClearPass servers even PING, WebUI and SSH, only after the restart, the servers will get the access. but today even after the restart we did not get the PING, SSH or WebUI access. We are using only Mgmt port on both the servers, publisher and subscriber model with VIP configured. Note, no data ports are configured. Can anyone help us on this issue.

     

    The ClearPass version is 6.6.5.93747. and hosted on Windows server 2016 standard 64-bit.

    Please open a TAC case. There could be too many variables for us to trouble shoot on the forum
