    will amigapod can do MDPS on LION?

    What i want to happen is to be able to fingerprint the IOS Lion and automatically cert provision it like what i have with IPAD right now?

    Hi Joey,

    My understanding is that the certificate provisioning is an iOS only feature at present.

    This will be supported in an upcoming release. Apple have done a great job by including the same Over the Air provisioning API into the Mac OS X Lion and the Amigopod Mobile Device Provisioning Service (MDPS) will suport this in the short term. There are some changes to the .mobileconfig payloads when using a laptop operating system such a ethernet port settings etc that are extensions from the iOS based support previously available.
