I am new to Clearpass, not have much experience in Clearpass. I want to know, messages exhanges between SMS-Gateway and Clearpass to send credential to Guest by SMS.
I am observing that few SMS are getting error and peoples are not getting SMS. We are using HTTP-Port 10003
Kindly let me know following things:
1. Messages exchanges between SMS-Gateway and Clearpass
2. What are different errors occurs
3. How to know, which is causing issues.

You should probably open a TAC case to get to the bottom of your specific issue.

Just for information: Once doing more troubleshooting, I observe that I am getting following error:

You're using Custom HTTP gateway? POST or GET?
What happens when you test this directly from the gateway setup page? Check the "debug" box for more information when doing this.
Get this to work before you test it from the registration page.
Then verify that you are using the correct field for autosend_sms which by default is the "cellphone" field

I have done troubleshooting with help of TAC and we observe that there is no issue in Clearpass configuration. Took packet capture from Clearpass end for working SMS and non-working SMS.
- From the packet captures we could verify the Clearpass was forwarding the SMS receipt without any difference for working and non-working SMS to test clients, but the SMS gateway was replying “invalid destination address’"
Already asked Customer to troubleshoot this issue with SMS Gateway team
