    Hello,

     

    we have some iap103 firmware Instant_Pegasus_6.4.2.0-4.1.1.0_46028 on it.

    I want to authenticate one ssid with a ms nps (server 2012r2) against our active directory.

    The NPS Server shows the following error:

    Reason Code: 21

    Reason: An NPS extension dynamic link library (DLL) that is installed on the NPS server rejected the connection request.

    what is the problem?

    Is the Instant AP known as a RADIUS client in NPS? Are you using the RADIUS proxy feature on the Instant AP? That will source all of the RADIUS requests based on the Virtual Controller IP address.

    Hello,

    the problem is solved, there was a third partety client on the nps, this blocks the authentication...
