    Please find enclosed information and details related to a new ClearPass Extension and TechNote Release – BMC Remedy7 IT Management, specifically this integration is for orchestrating the creation of incident/tickets. In this TechNote read how to setup and configure ClearPass Policy Manager to deploy and configure the CPPM Extension and how to interoperate with the Remedy7 incident & ticketing package.
