Not able to send Radius CoA or disconnect message from Clear Pass.

    Hi,

     

    I am testing a solution with Clearpass with Juniper EX switches.

     

    I am not able to generate Radius CoA or Disconnect message. When I explore Access Tracker and click on change status I see Radius CoA option disabled and I can't enable it.

     

    If anybody has working solution or configuration steps; please share.

    Do you have CoA enabled in the NAD configuration?

    Please update us with your problem.

    I had the same problem and it was revealed to be that the Juniper EX2200C-poe needed a software upgrade.
