OnGuard Agent - problem with bounce port on Windows 7

    Hi

     

    We are making deployment with OnGuard Agent Bounce Port (on Dell PowerConnect switches which don't support Radius CoA) and it works ok on Win10 and Win8 (reset NIC), but we have observed that OnGuard Agent doesn't reset network card at all on some or all laptops with Win7, so following reauth are not possible. 

    Have anyone observed similar problem on Windows 7 or other systems and found any remediation ?

    Hi kkarkowski

    I have found same issue with windows 7, 8 and 10 devices. I have updated lan drivers along with Bios drivers, Issue has resolved.
