I installed Onguard in some PC's for health-check, so when the user logs in the PC will be assigned to quarantine-Vlan per to the enforcemnet rules (Authenticated & unhealthy = Quarantine-VLAN)
(Authenticated & healthy = Data-VLAN).
But sometimes when the users login, the agent takes long time to contact CPPM or even doent contact it so the PC keep at quarantine VLAN until we manually reinitiate the agent.
So is there any configurable timeouts or special settings for this?
